Are you trying to “keep up appearances” when all the while your dog is humping your leg, chewing on your father-in-law’s leather shoes, barking incessantly… or you just brought home a new puppy and you have no idea where to begin???? Look no further. We are APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers) certified. Positive reinforcement is the name of the game with a click and a treat. It’s that simple!
Need help? Just not enough time in a day to bring your pet somewhere or run your pet-related errands? We will come to your home to pick up and drop off your pet from the groomers, veterinarian office, doggie day care, kennel, etc. We can also pick up your pet's food and medication.
If you need us to stay at the vet's office with your dog, we're here.
20 minute visit includes short walk, feeding, playtime, & lots of TLC.
Puppy Walks are 30-45 min and include leash manners.
Are you held up at work or have last minute plans and will be delayed getting home to your dog? No worries - we’ll drop in to take care of your dog’s needs (feeding, potty break, & TLC).
We understand the importance of including your furry family members in your celebration, and are here to coordinate your pets’ special day, so they can be with you when you say “I do”! From pick-up to drop-off, we’ll make sure they are safely managed, hydrated, fed, played with, and incorporated in any of the day’s activities however you like.
During our initial visit we'll meet you and your dog. We’ll discuss what you and your dog’s needs are- be it walks, training, petsitting…We will go over his routine, diet, exercise habits, behaviors (good and bad) learn the little things that make your dog happy while you are away and determine how often you need service. During this visit we collect the keys to your home, any alarm instructions and complete the paperwork. We suggest you complete the forms (can be found online) before our visit so we may spend more time getting to know your canine companion.
We understand the guilt you feel as parents of these family members and the undue stress it puts on your dog(s) when you kennel them. With our overnight pet & house-sitting, your pet(s) will experience the joy of staying in their own homes while you are away. Overnight/weekend dog sitting begins from the moment you leave until the moment you return. Your loved ones will receive the utmost care with lots of recreation and attention, and of course, a treat or two. Also provided if needed are little tasks around your home - such as bringing in the mail or newspaper, watering house plants, turning lights on and off, adjusting the temperature of the home, etc.
Regular walks help your dog release pent- up energy, allow for daytime socialization with others and encourage exercise and well-being. We can schedule morning, midday, and /or evening walks, for 30-45 minutes.
Elevate your dog’s routine with our exhilarating adventure walk service. Designed to provide exercise, stimulation, and socialization, we take your furry friend on thrilling outdoor escapades to dog parks, hiking trails, and golf courses. Watch as your pet’s health improves, physically and mentally, as they explore new trails, interact with other dogs, and engage in stimulating activities. As always, safety is our priority. Dogs must be screened beforehand to ensure they are a good fit for this program.
Let us have one of our furry friends tell you what we do: Well, Sheila understands us and, in some ways, is a lot like us. No, I don’t mean that she is a furry femme fatale or catches tennis balls in her mouth, although I've seen it done. She likes to romp around - be it in the snow, the puddles, or the leaves - without being tied down to a strict schedule. She is friendly to all those she meets and on our excursions in the park. Sheila has unconditional love for us. How do we know this? She doesn't get mad at us when we are all muddied and still need to get into her clean car. She rewards us with flavorful biscuits, sometimes even if we’ve done nothing for which to be commended. She smiles lovingly at us and laughs at all the little things we do. She doesn't take us on walks around the block - instead, she takes us to dog parks, golf courses, and rail trails. How cool is that? And when Mommy and Daddy go away, Sheila stays with us at our own homes where we are most comfortable. Whether you are going away overnight, for a weekend, or for a long vacation - dog-sitting begins from the moment our parents leave until the moment they return. We receive the utmost care with lots of recreation and attention. Sheila can accommodate most people because of her flexible schedule, and can even help out with any last minute pet care needs.
